Cathedral High School Endowment Fund

Cathedral High School is a Lasallian college preparatory school founded in 1925 and dedicated to the mission “Enter to Learn, Leave to Serve.” The school provides human, religious, and academic education to young men, especially those from economically poor families in the Los Angeles area. In recent years, the school has experienced record levels of enrollment with more than 90 percent requiring financial aid. Donations to the school’s endowment fund can be made here.

Catholic Education Foundation

The mission of the Catholic Education Foundation is to provide tuition assistance to the most financially deserving students attending Catholic elementary and high schools within the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Since its inception in 1987, CEF has provided over 165,000 tuition awards through its Tuition Awards Program, which provides $1,000 per student in elementary schools and $2,000 per student in high schools.

St. James School Education Foundation

St. James Catholic School in Torrance, California, is a K–8 school with an enrollment of over 300 students. The staff of St. James is committed to excellence in Catholic education and assisting parents as the primary educators of their children. The mission of the school includes five distinct goals—religious development, academic achievement, commitment to community service, personal and social development, as well as physical and cultural development. St. Sebastian Sports Project

The mission of the Saint Sebastian Sports Project, founded in 2009, is to give every child—regardless of family income—the chance to learn the skills, experience the growth, and share in the joy of participating in a school sports team. Since inception, it has supported sports team in 46 inner-city Catholic Schools in Los Angeles, enabling more than 10,000 children to benefit from the life-changing experience of playing on a sports team.
